WHO WE ARE...
The Sabin PTA welcomes anyone who wants to be involved and make a difference in the education, health, and welfare of our children. We recognize that our school community members have a wide range of ideas on how to support and advocate for our students and we encourage all types of participation with the school community.
The Sabin PTA serves as a supportive resource for ideas and initiatives that align with our mission and values. We strive to provide Sabin community members with information, funding, volunteer resources, logistical support, and communication tools to implement their ideas. We also work to support our teachers, in their work and advocacy with Sabin students.

Board Positions
The Treasurer and Secretary positions are typically a 2-year commitment. The Co-President position is also a 2-year one, with the individual serving the first year as PTA Pres-elect, and the second year as President. This shadow model allows our Pres-elect to have a full grasp of the Presidential responsibilities prior to assuming the role. Other positions are 1-year commitments, with the option to continue on if interested.
The PTA Board nomination process begins in April and elections occur at the May general meeting. If you have questions about positions or committees, or are interested in nominating someone (including yourself) for an open position, contact us at: sabinptapresident@gmail.com.
