Season of Sharing

Our annual "Season of Sharing" event is an opportunity for our Sabin School families to help provide a happier, healthier holiday season for families in need right here in our community.

Sabin School PTA volunteers work closely with our Sabin SUN Community School office to coordinate, collect and deliver wonderful gift baskets and much needed groceries to area families in the month of December.

Donations are welcome year round.

Community Volunteerism

The volunteerism and support from our Sabin School PTA reaches far beyond the walls of Sabin School. From a late-August playground make-over, to inspiring Oregon Food Bank shifts, our school community sets a wonderful example of dedication and involvement for our students.

Starting in late August at the PPS "Project Community Care", Sabin families come together to start the year off on the right foot. While our talented teachers and staff are busy preparing classrooms and lesson plans, our parent community gives the Sabin playground a much needed spruce-up. It's also a great way to meet some new Sabin families, as well get reaquainted with some old friends!

MLK, Jr. Month of Service

Sabin School has a rich tradition of celebrating the life and contribution of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. in the form of an entertaining assembly for parents and community members.

Our Sabin School PTA honors the life, work and legacy of Dr. King by committing the month of January to our "Month of Service". This is a wonderful opportunity to be involved in sharing your time, energy and talents to improve the lives of folks in our own city and community.

If you have a project idea for our next "Month of Service" please feel free to contact us by CLICKING HERE and sharing your ideas with our Sabin School PTA Board.

Thank you for your commitment making Sabin a bettre place for everyone!
