Learn to live safely on the fault line on October 16, 6:30 to 8:30 P.M. at Sabin School. Did you know that we live in a seismically active region? We can’t prevent a major earthquake from happening, but we can prepare!
Come learn what to do at home, in the classroom and in the community.
Carmen Merlo, Director of the Portland Bureau of Emergency Management will kick off the evening with a presentation and Q&A. Puppet show, pumpkin painting (planned) and childcare for the kids! Resource fair and hands-on activities in the gym from 7:30-8:30. Everyone is invited!
